1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days in the US and 10–25 business days internationally.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, US Shopyee will email you a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are already being processed.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us at support@usshopyee.us before sending anything back.
5. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable).
